Café Borggården
At Café Borggården, you can enjoy delicious food and drink in an unrivalled atmosphere! The outdoor tables offer excellent views of the castle and all the exciting activity in the courtyard. This beautiful eighteenth-century wing was home to one of the castle’s most colourful owners, Adéle Rosencrantz.
The café is leased by Mannz bakery an artisanal bakery based in Lund that works with high-quality produce and additive-free flour, long fermenting and baking stones. “Our focus is on really good, healthy bread, the taste experience and a sustainable future,” says Robert Richter, who runs the business.
Café Borggården is open between June the 15th and the 1st of September. If you only wish to visit the café it is free of charge, but you must obtain a sticker at the entrance.
