Daniel Serra, a culinary archaeologist, will be joining us, guiding us through the flavors, dishes and finds of the Middle Ages in search of a food culture from that time. Daniel has studied recipes, texts and archaeological finds to recreate medieval culinary experiences and thoughts from everyday life to celebrations.
