Follow Jönsson - The Attic

You are now at the very top of the castle, in Glimmingehus’ attic. From here, you have the best views in the whole castle. On a clear day you can see all the way to the sea!

The roof of Glimmingehus is enormous and it needed really good builders and a lot of strong beams to keep it up. Some of the roof beams are from an earlier house. They come from trees cut down over 700 years ago! Perhaps they were planted by Vikings!
