Follow Jönsson - The Castle Hall

You are now in the Castle Hall. Ulfstand had many visitors who he greeted here.

The room was also used as a dining hall and common room for the castle’s soldiers and servants.

Sometimes, the court-leet was held here, a medieval courtroom where the lord of the manor would rule on all sorts of local disputes. People were always up to something: stealing the cook’s ladle. drinking the beer before it had finished fermenting, or letting scoundrels into the Castle Hall. I think it was good that someone put their paw down! This is what the place looked like when Ulfstand was in charge.
